Why UV Printed Logo Colors Looks Different When Turn on the light?

Sometimes when we turn the UV Printed acrylic light box, the logo color will be changed and make the logo color totally different. The client will say: "oh, that's not what I want!"

Why will this happen? When we turn on the light box, the bright white light shine through the dark color logo, will illuminate it and turn it to a light color.  Only the brighted color part will keep a similar color. So this problem will happen if your logo contain a dark color.

We have made one light box with "Dark Green" background. However, when we turn on the light, the background turns to a sky blue color, which is a totally different color. That realy strange.

After investiagte, we found this "Dark Green" color is actually a "Blue" color. That's why it will looks "blue" when the light is turned on.

I also attach some other samples below. Some color looks like a dark gray, but actually it's a "dark blue" color. The bright white light will show it's true color.

So my dear clients, Please understand that it's not a product quality issue. It's a normal case.
