Returns & Exchanges & Refund
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. Tp Sign will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, and is at the sole discretion of Tp Sign.
- All custom light box signs are FINAL. They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team fix and connect those sign by hand. Therefore, your custom light box sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up we sent. We believe all craft item is unique.
We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed, as we use a 3rd party fulfillment provider. Therefore unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@tpsign.com and include both a video and a photo for diagnosis and quality assurance purposes within 7 days.
If a return has been agreed, please note the faulty item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If a replacement has been approved, Tp Sign will produce & ship it in the quickest possible time-frame. If a partial or full refund is agreed, this will be processed within 14 days of you receiving the product.
